Grafteoretisk Hjerne-Netværksanalyse anvender netværksvidenskab til at forstå hjernens organisering, idet hjernen betragtes som et komplekst netværk af forbundne knudepunkter (regioner) og kanter (forbindelser). Formaliseret af Bullmore og Sporns i 2009, afslører grafanalyse fundamentale organisatoriske principper – modularitet, effektivitet, robusthed – som karakteriserer sunde og syge hjerner.
