Symmetrisk MAPE (sMAPE)

Symmetrisk Mean Absolute Percentage Error er en forbedring af MAPE, der adresserer dens asymmetri ved at bruge gennemsnittet af faktiske og forudsagte værdier som nævner. Foreslået af J. Scott Armstrong og forfinet af Makridakis (1993) og Hyndman & Koehler (2006), behandler sMAPE over- og underestimering symmetrisk.
