Bayesiansk Case-Crossover Design — Selv-matchet epidemiologisk undersøgelse med Bayesiansk inferens

Det Bayesianske case-crossover design er en selv-matchet epidemiologisk metode, der estimerer den forbigående effekt af en tidsvarierende eksponering på risikoen for en akut hændelse. Hvert tilfælde tjener som sin egen kontrol, hvilket eliminerer konfundering fra tidsstabile individuelle karakteristika. Bayesiansk inferens erstatter eller supplerer den klassiske betingede logistiske regression, hvilket muliggør integration af forhåndsviden, mere stabil estimering i sparsomme data og fuld usikkerhedskvantificering via posteriorfordelinger.
