Multimodal instanssegmentering

Multimodal instanssegmentering udvider klassisk instanssegmentering – som tildeler en per-pixel maske og en klasselabel til hvert individuelt objekt i et billede – ved at inkorporere komplementære sensorstrømme såsom dybdekort, LiDAR-punktskyer eller infrarøde billeder. Fusion af disse modaliteter hjælper modellen med at håndtere tvetydige fremtoninger, svagt lys og okklusion, som RGB-only systemer har svært ved.
