AlexNet

AlexNet er et dybt konvolutionelt neuralt netværk (CNN), introduceret af Alex Krizhevsky, Ilya Sutskever og Geoffrey Hinton i 2012. Det vandt ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC 2012) med en top-5 fejlrate på 15,3%, hvilket var mere end 10 procentpoint bedre end nummer to og genantændte bred interesse for deep learning. Arkitekturen introducerede eller populariserede flere teknikker – ReLU-aktiveringer, dropout-regularisering og multi-GPU-træning – som blev standardpraksis inden for feltet.
