Z-SCORE-NORMALIZATION (Z-Score Normalization — standardisering til middelværdi nul og enhedsstandardafvigelse) er en normaliseringsmetode inden for multi-kriterie beslutningstagning (MCDM) introduceret af Hellwig, Z. i 1968. Den omdanner en beslutningsmatrix af alternativer vurderet på flere kriterier til et struktureret, reproducerbart resultat.
