ROUGH-MOORA (Rough-MOORA — Rough udvidelse af MOORA) er en rangeringsmetode til multi-kriterie beslutningstagning (MCDM) introduceret af Brauers, W.K.M. Zavadskas, E.K. i 2006. Den omdanner en beslutningsmatrix af alternativer, der er scoret på flere kriterier, til et struktureret, reproducerbart resultat.
