DEFUZZ-CENTROID (Centroid-defuzzifikation — Tyngdepunktets skarpe repræsentant) er en defuzzifikationsmetode til multi-kriteriebeslutningstagning (MCDM), introduceret af Mamdani, E.H. i 1975. Den omdanner en beslutningsmatrix af alternativer, vurderet på flere kriterier, til et struktureret, reproducerbart resultat.
