AHP-BOCR

AHP-BOCR er en udvidelse af Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), der inkorporerer strategiske perspektiver gennem BOCR-rammeværket: Benefits (fordele), Opportunities (muligheder), Costs (omkostninger) og Risks (risici). I stedet for at optimere et enkelt mål, dekomponerer AHP-BOCR beslutninger i fire strategiske dimensioner og anvender en formel (Fordele × Muligheder) / (Omkostninger × Risici) til at syntetisere en strategisk prioritet. Denne tilgang er særligt velegnet til langsigtede, komplekse beslutninger med flere interessentperspektiver.
