Agile Velocity Tracking
ভেলোসিটি ট্র্যাকিং (Velocity tracking) একটি দলের স্প্রিন্টে (sprint) সম্পন্ন করা কাজের পরিমাণ (সাধারণত স্টোরি পয়েন্ট বা টাস্ক) পরিমাপ করে, যা ক্ষমতা পরিকল্পনা (capacity planning), রিলিজ পূর্বাভাস (release forecasting) এবং প্রক্রিয়া উন্নতির (process improvements) সনাক্তকরণে সহায়তা করে। ২০০২ সালে Scrum পদ্ধতিতে Schwaber কর্তৃক প্রবর্তিত, ভেলোসিটি বাস্তবসম্মত স্প্রিন্ট পরিকল্পনা এবং প্রকল্প সময়সীমা পূর্বাভাসের জন্য অভিজ্ঞতামূলক ডেটা (empirical data) সরবরাহ করে। দলেরা ভেলোসিটি ট্রেন্ড (velocity trends) ব্যবহার করে বাধা (bottlenecks) সনাক্ত করতে এবং প্রক্রিয়া উন্নতির বৈধতা যাচাই করতে পারে।
