মাল্টিপল কেস-ভিত্তিক অটোethnography হলো একটি গুণগত নকশা যা দুই বা ততোধিক গবেষক-অংশগ্রহণকারী বা কেস জুড়ে অটোethnographic অনুসন্ধানকে প্রসারিত করে, একটি সাধারণ সাংস্কৃতিক বা সামাজিক ঘটনার মধ্যে ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতার পদ্ধতিগত তুলনা সক্ষম করে। প্রতিটি কেস থেকে সমৃদ্ধ প্রথম-ব্যক্তি বর্ণনা তৈরি করে এবং তারপর একটি কাঠামোগত ক্রস-কেস বিশ্লেষণ পরিচালনা করে, এই পদ্ধতিটি অটোethnography-এর গভীরতা এবং প্রতিফলনশীলতাকে মাল্টিপল কেস ডিজাইনের তুলনামূলক বিশ্লেষণাত্মক শক্তির সাথে একত্রিত করে।
