বেয়েশীয় আইটেম বিশ্লেষণ (Bayesian Item Analysis)
বেয়েশীয় আইটেম বিশ্লেষণ, আইটেম-স্তরের পরিসংখ্যান — যেমন অসুবিধা, পার্থক্য ক্ষমতা, এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর বিকল্পের কার্যকারিতা — অনুমান করার জন্য বেয়েশীয় অনুমান (Bayesian inference) প্রয়োগ করে। এটি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা প্রতিক্রিয়া ডেটাকে পূর্ব জ্ঞান (prior knowledge) এর সাথে একত্রিত করে। এটি একক বিন্দু অনুমানের (point estimates) পরিবর্তে আইটেম প্যারামিটারগুলির উপর সম্পূর্ণ পশ্চাৎ বন্টন (posterior distributions) তৈরি করে, যা বিশেষত ছোট নমুনার ক্ষেত্রে অনিশ্চয়তার সমৃদ্ধ তথ্য সরবরাহ করে।
