অনলাইন কে-মিনস হলো ক্লাসিক্যাল কে-মিনস অ্যালগরিদমের একটি স্ট্রিমিং সংস্করণ যা সম্পূর্ণ ডেটাসেট মেমরিতে সংরক্ষণ না করেই একবারে একটি পর্যবেক্ষণ — অথবা ছোট মিনি-ব্যাচে — ক্লাস্টার কেন্দ্রিক আপডেট করে। এটি বিশেষত বৃহৎ-স্কেল, রিয়েল-টাইম, বা অবিচ্ছিন্নভাবে আগত ডেটার জন্য উপযুক্ত যেখানে ব্যাচ পুনঃগণনা খুব ধীর বা অবাস্তব হবে।
