এনডিভিআই
স্বাভাবিক পার্থক্যযুক্ত উদ্ভিজ্জ সূচক (এনডিভিআই) হলো উপগ্রহ বা বায়বীয় মাল্টিস্পেকট্রাল চিত্র থেকে গণনা করা একটি বর্ণালী সূচক যা উদ্ভিদের সবুজতা এবং জীবনীশক্তি পরিমাপ করে। ১৯৭৩ সালে রাউস এবং সহকর্মীদের দ্বারা ল্যান্ডস্যাট ডেটা ব্যবহার করে প্রবর্তিত, এনডিভিআই উদ্ভিজ্জ পর্যবেক্ষণ, খরা মূল্যায়ন, ফসলের উৎপাদনশীলতা পূর্বাভাস এবং ভূমি আচ্ছাদন পরিবর্তন সনাক্তকরণের জন্য সর্বাধিক ব্যবহৃত রিমোট সেন্সিং মেট্রিক হয়ে উঠেছে।
