It is used to evaluate separation anxiety in children, adolescents, and adults, and to monitor treatment response in separation anxiety disorder. | The Health Anxiety Questionnaire (HAQ) is a self-report measure assessing the preoccupation, worry, and avoidance behaviors related to health concerns.
