The MOHO-ST is used in occupational therapy across mental health, physical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and community practice to quickly assess occupational functioning and identify areas for intervention. | The Upper Extremity Functional Scale (UEFS) is a self-report outcome measure designed to quantify functional limitation and capacity in the upper extremity (arm, hand) across everyday activities. Various versions exist; the most commonly used in occupational therapy and rehabilitation derive from adaptations of functional capacity assessment frameworks, measuring activities such as eating, dressing, grooming, reaching, grasping, and fine motor tasks.
