The PPCSS can be completed by both patients (rating provider behavior) and providers (self-rating), making it a valuable tool for evaluating patient-centered, culturally responsive care. | The Cultural Humility Scale (CHS) is a self-report instrument designed to assess healthcare providers' capacity for cultural humility—a stance of openness, self-reflection, and power-sharing with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
