تقنية دلفي — طريقة توافق الخبراء التكرارية
تقنية دلفي هي طريقة منظمة لجمع البيانات متعددة الجولات تحصد آراء الخبراء وتنقيحها من خلال استبيانات تكرارية وتغذية راجعة مضبوطة. تم تطويرها في مؤسسة راند (RAND Corporation) في الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي، وهي مصممة لتقريب مجموعة خبراء متباينة نحو توافق موثوق حول أسئلة معقدة أو غير مؤكدة أو موجهة نحو المستقبل — دون ضغوط الامتثال لمناقشات المجموعات وجهًا لوجه.
