الارتباط الجزئي
يقيس الارتباط الجزئي العلاقة الخطية بين متغيرين مستمرين بعد إزالة التأثير المشترك لمتغير أو أكثر من متغيرات التحكم. تم وضع هذه التقنية رسميًا بواسطة آر. إيه. فيشر في عام 1924 وهي النهج القياسي كلما اشتبه الباحث في أن متغيرًا ثالثًا يضخم أو يكبح الارتباط الملاحظ بين متغيرين موضع اهتمام.
