تحليل قابلية الغسل
تحليل قابلية الغسل هو طريقة معملية تحدد جدوى وكفاءة الفصل القائم على الكثافة لتخصيب الفحم أو المعادن. عن طريق تجزئة الخام أو الفحم إلى فئات كثافة باستخدام اختبارات الطفو والغرق وتحليل كل جزء، يمكن للمهندسين تحسين تصميم مصانع الفصل (مثل السيكلونات ذات الوسط الكثيف، والمناخل، واللولبيات) والتنبؤ بجودة المنتج النظيف. منحنيات قابلية الغسل هي أدوات أساسية لدراسات الجدوى الأولية والتصميم التفصيلي.
