التحليل الساكن المكافئ
يُعد التحليل الساكن المكافئ أبسط طرق التصميم الزلزالي، حيث يمثل تأثيرات الزلزال كقوة جانبية ساكنة واحدة تُطبق عند مركز الكتلة أو تُوزع على ارتفاع المبنى. وقد تم توحيد هذه الطريقة بواسطة SEAOC في عام 1959 وتم دمجها في قوانين البناء الحديثة، وهي الطريقة الأكثر شيوعًا لتصميم المباني المنتظمة.
